De houdingen, moeilijkheidsgraad en intensiteit zal aangepast worden op de groep. Ik heb een drukke week met werk en sociale activiteiten. Woensdagavond is voor ontspanning en een lesje yoga van Janine past daar precies goed bij.<br><br>Janine geeft een rustige yoga, helemaal ontspannen voel ik mij na de les en altijd zin om lekker vroeg op bed te gaan en helemaal uitgerust wakker te worden de volgende dag.<br><br>Waar ik elke week weer naar uitkijk is het thema waar de les van Janine om draait, dit vind ik super leuk!
